Privacy policy

The purpose of this page is to describe website management procedures with respect to the processing of personal information submitted by website users.

The applicable notice is pursuant to art. 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code for remote users of the BF Servizi s.r.l Company Website who obtain electronic access to web-based services through the address: www.bfservizi.it, leading to the home page of the official website of BF Servizi s.r.l.

The above mentioned informative notice only applies to the above-mentioned website and not to any other websites which the user might reach by following links.
The informative notice is also pursuant to the Recommendation n. 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data (belonging to the Group created in accordance with art. 29 of the Directive n. 95/46/CE) implemented on 17 May 2001 for the purpose of identifying minimum requirements for on-line collection of personal data, and in particular, the procedures, timeframe and nature of the information which Data Controllers are expected to provide to all the users who log in to web pages for whatever reason.

The Data Controller

The data submitted by website users and subsequently processed may refer to both identifiable or unidentifiable persons.

Data Processing Venue

Navigation data
The IT systems and software procedures required for this website operation will acquire, in the course of their normal functioning, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the adopted Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with specific users, but might, by its very nature, and through processing and association with other data owned by other parties, enable user identification.

No personal data concerning users are intentionally collected through the website.
No cookies are used to transfer information of a personal nature. No persistent cookies of any kind or other similar systems are used to enable tracking of users.

Subject to what is specified for navigation data, the users are free to supply personal information through special sections of the website and to apply for and request the transmission of informative material and other material.
Failure to supply such information may imply the impossibility to send the requested material.
For the sake of completeness, we ought to add that in certain cases (not part of the normal operations of this website) the competent Authorities may request information and explanations according to art. 157 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, for personal data processing inspection purposes. In this case, the requested data must be submitted, subject to an administrative penalty.

Processing systems
Personal information is processed with computerised systems for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it had been collected.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use or unauthorised access. BF Servizi S.r.l., in order to minimise the risk connected with confidentiality, availability and completeness of the collected and processed data, has adopted all the minimum legal security measures provided for by law.

Rights of the data subjects
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right to obtain, at any time, confirmation as to whether such data exist and to know the data content and origin, check data accuracy or expect data completion, updating or correction (art. 7 of the Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, the Data Subject has the right to obtain the deletion, anonymous pooling or freezing of any information not processed in compliance with the applicable law provisions, as well as to rightfully object to the processing of personal information.
