BFServizi coordinated and set up the event, got started by a plenary session at Palazzo dei Congressi, the convention venue, and continued with workshops in the Hall 19, where a 2,000 sqm market had been put up with all the private label products by each brand. The gala dinner with music took place in Palazzo Re Enzo, where a cooking show was performed too.
